This website uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power the “Free Case Review” triage tool. The AI assistant helps gather information about your accident to prepare a summary for a licensed attorney before your free consultation.

The AI is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice. Everything submitted through the triage tool is reviewed by a licensed Texas attorney — Anselmo Aguirre — before any evaluation of your case.

The AI model used is Claude, developed by Anthropic. Conversation data is stored securely, retained for 90 days, and then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@atxlitigation.com.

Submitting information through the triage tool does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. The firm forms an attorney-client relationship only after it completes a conflicts check and agrees in writing to represent you. Please do not send time-sensitive or confidential details through the tool expecting an immediate legal response.

We limit the information we collect at intake. Consistent with Texas Disciplinary Rule of Professional Conduct 1.18, the triage tool gathers only what is reasonably necessary to prepare your summary, and we do not run web analytics or session recording on the triage pages.
